Pan Bisaya and More

While Siquijor does not have the posh cafes one can find in the city, it does not fall behind in terms of flavor. Lilibeth's pan Bisaya is a big hit for both locals and tourists. During fiesta celebrations, orders for these treats peak. During peak days, Lilibeth earns as much as PhP 10,000 for a single day. Some of her regular customers who order in bulk are a certain Maria town resident Mrs. Brown and former Siquijor provincial board member Arthur Chan. Some orders come fram as far as Cebu, Bohol, Dumaguete, and Mindanao.

Enjoy The Scenery With Your Bread

More than the delicious bread and pastries, one can also enjoy the scenery while having a snack at the humble bakeshop in Binuongan. It is right next to a white sand beach near a fishing village and mangrove trees. An isolated mangrove tree a few meters away from the shoreline is probably the most photographed background in this vista. The mini bread station is also not far from the Cang-isok Old House in barangay Libo, the oldest known surviving house in Siquijor built in the mid-1800's.
