During my one day visit to Bohol, cenral Philippines last 11 March 2016, I purposely went to Abi's Seafood and Grill along C. P. Garcia North Avenue in Cogon, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines to try their dinner buffet. I missed that part of the Seas the Day Bohol tour #CBCTravelNation bloggers went through last 28 February to 1 March 2016. This was because I had to take a slow boat and only arrived at Tagbilaran City on 29 February. So when I got the chance, I did not let it pass.

Buffet Promo at Abi's Seafood and Grill
Abi's Seafood and Grill is currently running a promo for their lunch and dinner buffet. The cost is only PhP 250 per person. Lunch buffet is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. while the dinner buffet is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Abi's closes at 1 a.m. The dishes on the buffet table is quite an interesting mix of seafoods, pork, beef, vegetables, and desserts. Bottomless iced tea is already covered with the amount. The waiters were very accommodating making the whole experience an enjoyable one.

The grilled
talaba (oysters) looked so enticing so I started with that. Juicy oyster meat with melted cheese on it, heavenly! It tasted very fresh too!

Although, I mostly ate pork adobo and grilled
talaba, I made sure I tried each of the dishes prepared like chopsuey, squid adobo,
kinilaw na isda (yellowfin tuna)
, sinugbang isda (blue marlin)
, beef menudo, nilat-ang baka, and
guso (seaweed) salad.
The desserts were heavenly as well specially the peanut polvoron and the camote with
latik. There was also
binangkal and lots of fruits like papaya, watermelon, and pineapple. The
latik was so good they even ran out of the good stuff.
